If a product is not currently in stock in our warehouse and we have
ordered the product from our supplier we expect to be able to ship your
product soon. We will ship your item on the same day it is back into stock
and update you on the status of your order via e-mail (If requested).
should my order arrive?
Once your order has left our premises we expect it to arrive next delivery
day. Orders placed Monday - Thursday we expect to arrive next day. For
those items sent by Royal Mail we find Friday orders do not always get
delivered on Saturday a.m. so we expect those to arrive Monday. Orders
placed After 4pm Friday and before 4pm Monday are despatched on Monday and
should be received by you on Tuesday. Please advise us within 3 days if
your order has not been received. Unfortunately, 1st Class Royal Mail is
not a guaranteed delivery service, so although the largest percentage of
goods sent this way do arrive "next day" we have found in recent times
that the percentage of items not arriving the next day has increased
