Upper Right Back Pain
Upper Right Back Pain can wake you up at night. Back pain is the one cause of common problems after certain age of 40-45 years. The problem is widely experienced by majority of people and hence it is most discussed. Though some may get relief from the treatment; others are not satisfied with it. A comfortable posture for the neck should be maintained.
For a long term, care medicine, and regular exercises are advisable.
The exercise schedule should include stretching exercises or whatever the doctor has suggested you.

The patient has to wait for longer time to get favorable results. After all the doctors are giving the guidance and direction but you are the person to face the pain. The treatment is not the magic one to show you immediate results.
